Originally from Michigan, I lived in San Francisco for almost 25 years before coming to this gentle "city by the sea". I spent over 18 years working in IT (help desk, desktop support, purchasing, network management, telecom, printers and copiers). Now I'm offering the Home User and Small Businessman the same expertise usually reserved for "the big boys".
